Dear DMET Family,

Today, I write with immense pride, a full heart, and a deep sense of purpose.

After months of effort, countless conversations, and quiet behind-the-scenes collaboration, I am thrilled to announce a landmark partnership between DMET Club, DMECA, EduExcellence, and Dextres—a collaboration born from empathy, fueled by intent, and driven by a mission to uplift the DMETian community.

As a founder, a friend, and a fellow DMETian, I’ve long witnessed a recurring concern that many of us share—how do we make the best educational choices for our children?

And equally important—how do we enable our spouses and family members to find meaningful and fulfilling careers, especially when life takes us ashore from the seas?

This partnership is our collective answer to those very questions.

Together with EduExcellence—India’s leading school leadership and education strategy organization—we will now be hosting dedicated online Citadel Sessions, in sync with our Sunday Citadel Series. These sessions will provide:

Guidance on selecting the right schools for your children
Support in understanding curricula and education boards
Access to career counseling and school admissions guidance
Resources to empower parents to make informed decisions

This isn’t just advice—it’s mentorship from the very best minds in the K-12 ecosystem.

I’ve always believed that the strength of our DMET family doesn’t end with the engineer—it lives in our homes, in our spouses’ sacrifices, and in our children's dreams. For every long voyage, there has been a family that stayed strong at the shore.

This movement is for them.

This is our humble attempt to give back—to make sure that no DMETian ever feels alone when navigating the maze of modern schooling or career uncertainties of their loved ones.

What began as a late-night conversation among well-wishers has now become a national-level collaboration—something that can truly transform how our community thrives, grows, and flourishes together.
